The Leiritz Turnover Device / Tool Mover / Coil Rotator w/o Drive enables you to safely tilt and turn heavy loads using an indoor crane. This cost-effective solution without integrated drive unit is designed for loads of up to 80 tons.

The functionality of the Leiritz Turning Table is comparable to a complex turning device. However, the tilting movement is not generated by integrated, expensive drive units, but is carried out with an existing indoor crane or forklift truck. An absolutely safe rolling on the roll-off skids is guaranteed by the pivot point which moves with the tipping movement. The turning table is designed so that the centre of gravity always remains behind the pivot point. A risky handling of the workpiece is thus avoided.

The Coil Rotator Support Prism from Maschinenbau Leiritz in Germany.

Adjustable support prism with sliding guide for coils and cylindrical workpieces

To be attached to the tilting table by means of an adapter steel plate. The support and contact surface to the coil is a protective plate, which is already mounted on the turning table and can be removed at any time. The manual adjustment compensates for different pallet heights. The clamping lever permits stepless locking.

To be attached to the tilting table by means of an adapter steel plate. A polyamide (PA) support screwed to the prism serves as the seating and contact surface to the workpiece (other protective coverings such as hardwood are possible on request). The support prism is already firmly mounted on the Toolmover and can be removed at any time by loosening the fastening screws.
